The room cleaning is done every day.
The housekeeping staff is on duty from 8:00 to 17:00 and will knock at your door before entering the room.
As a standard, bed linen and towels are replaced every three days, while towels left on the bathroom floor will be replaced each time.
Tepanee Beach Resort is not responsible for any theft or loss of valuables. For your peace of mind you can use the room safe. If an item can not be placed in the safe you can use the custody service at the reception.
Any loss, destruction, deterioration or other damage caused to the object in custody, which have occurred due to force majeure, as commonly defined, can not be referred to the responsibility of Tepanee Beach Resort.
To take advantage of the laundry service, please put your clothes in a bag and hand it to the reception. Laundry picked up by 10:00 will be ready around 17:00 the same day. Some clothing may need a longer time.
Please note that:
The DO NOT DISTURB sign will prevent the staff to knock on your door for the cleaning service that is active from 8:00 to 16:00.
The room will not be cleaned and the minibar will not be restocked until the “Do not disturb” sign is removed by guests.
The sachets of coffee, tea, creamer, sugar and the water that you will find positioned above the mini-bar are free. The minibar bill will be settled at the reception upon check-out.
Blankets, extra pillows or pillows other than those supplied to the room will be provided by contacting our reception.
Beach towel is provided upon request.
