OTHER SERVICES
BLANKETS, PILLOWS, BEACH TOWELS AND HAIR DRYERS
Blankets, extra pillows or pillows other than those supplied to the room will be provided by contacting our reception.
Beach towel and hair dryer are provided upon request.
CLEANING
The room cleaning is done every day.
The housekeeping staff is on duty from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM and will knock at your door before entering the room.
As a standard, bed linen and towels are replaced every three days, while towels left on the bathroom floor will be replaced each time.
When the “Do not disturb” sign is posted, we will not access the room.
LAUNDRY
To take advantage of the laundry service, please put your clothes in a bag and hand it to the reception. Laundry picked up by 10:00 AM will be ready around 5:00 PM on the same day. Some clothing may need a longer time.
Please note that:
- Tepanee Beach Resort is not responsible for any items left in clothing
- in case of dissatisfaction with the laundry service, guests are kindly requested to inform the reception within 24 hours after delivery: in case of damages, the maximum compensation is limited to 10 times the cost of washing the garment.
REFRIGERATOR, KETTLE, WATER AND MINI-BAR
The sachets of coffee, tea, creamer, sugar and the water located above the mini-bar beside the kettle and the water pitcher, are free of charges.
The items inside the minibar are charged and bill will be settled at the reception upon check-out.
SIGN DO NOT DISTURB
The DO NOT DISTURB sign will prevent the staff to knock on your door for the cleaning service that is active from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
The room will not be cleaned and the minibar will not be restocked until the “Do not disturb” sign is removed by guests.
VALUABLES
Tepanee Beach Resort is not responsible for any theft or loss of valuables. For your peace of mind please use the room safe. If an item cannot fit in the safe please use the custody service at the reception. Any loss, destruction, deterioration or other damage caused to the object in custody, which have occurred due to force majeure, as commonly defined, can not be referred to the responsibility of Tepanee Beach Resort.
WEATHER
Precipitations are rare, with the exception of the months of December and January, where it is sometimes cloudy, rainy and windy. Malapascua has no seasonal monsoon problems: normally from June to October it is hot and humid, while from November to May it is less hot and drier. The water temperature, on the surface, ranges from 27 to 30 degrees, that of the air from January 28 to August 35 (the minimum ever recorded is 24 degrees, at night in January). If you do not tolerate the heat, better prefer the months from December to April, possibly avoiding Christmas-New Year, Chinese New Year and Easter if you do not like the crowd. But if you like the heat, then the summer months from May to November are perfect.
We hope you find the weather conditions that are best for you: we cannot be held responsible if this does not happen.
We strongly suggest you to get travel insurance to avoid any inconvenience in case of unforeseen events during your travel, including bad weather.
